Ma'am once used as walling for milktea, will it immediately melt with the liquid? Or will it stay for minutes? Because here in province we use delivery and walling seems so hard to do po
Thank you madam!!! May I know where did you buy the electric frother? I am using a battery operated one but I keep on replacing new ones, which is costly. Would a mixer suffice? If so, is the timing the same for cream and walling decoration? Thank you so much!
My job is to find good products that I can recommend. I find this particular brand quite good as it can serve two purposes. I have yet to find other brands that pass my review :-)
Hello what if I dont have that powder cream cheese, can I use the Philadelphia cream cheese? And if yes how to make creamy like what you did on powder?
Hi. Thank you for the tutorials. I'd just like to know if you can keep the left over cream cheese that's already been whipped? If you can keep it in the fridge, do you know how many days will it last? Again, thank you.
Yes you can! My experience shows it can last up to 3 days. However, the beauty of this brand is that it comes in 100g packs so you can make just enough without having left over. :-). When it is in the refrigerator for a bit, you can just whip it again. Good luck.
Hello, if your shop is in an air-conditioned place, no need to refrigerate the cream cheese. Just room temperature is fine. Also do not whip too long or it will be thicker. You want the consistency to be runny if for topping. Good luck :-)
