I’m praying for Dr. Tony Evans and his family, I know this is difficult for them..he’s a great teacher of the word of God. I’ll extend GRACE in the same manner I want to receive it.. First we are believers (Christians) we do not have to confess before a man or a congregation, if we fail in our role as a leader we are to do exactly as he did step down..Savannah, he literally said he committed no CRIME but a SIN!! I don’t know how you can insinuate underage children..that’s wrong to place that type of characterization on him with no details as of yet. And it’s also a crime!! The main thing we have to remember is that we are ALL sinners , and for me I’m saved by grace through Jesus Christ .. I worship no man but my Lord and Savior Jesus. If we keep Jesus as our focus we won’t put such a high level of trust to the point you believe your pastor no longer can sin..we all can sin..

👏👏👏👏good show, Diva you tried with that last story, yes teacher/coach shouldn't have done that, that child needs to respect authority the first time you are told to stop, hopefully they get NOTHING WHATSOEVER. I didnt see the video and assume the teacher is also African American, so no race was bought up, curious how the mind works if that coach was other than African American 🤔

ALL of us fall short of God's Glory. Who are we to be judge and jury. That's God place. Pastor Tony is handling this situation the correct way. It's between God and him. The fact he's doing the right thing is and sharing with the elders is more than all the other Pastors and Priest that deny or are still in ministry preaching. To find your peace or your curiosity, read your bible.

The Bible specifically states that we must attend church. And we will be blessed in doing so. Also we should not forsake the fellowship of the brethren. This is stated in the Book of Psalms. So i don't subscribe to the saying that 'I can worship God at my home". I am aware and understand church hurt but I have to fight pass that. God is the centre of it all. Blessings 🙏🏽,

Do the school have security?Yes but no grown man should be tackling and choking any student.The adult should have a better way of dealing with students.Where is the training of these coaches and teachers dealing with students who need discipline.If you can't kick a dog And get away with it,you get arrested,then why would a grown man do this to a middle school student.And what class was he going to,was it the coach's class.He was a Coach,not security,or principal.You right Diva.

The way you phrased your opening you called Beyonce a predator sans any proof. I think there was a better way to make your point. Don't mess around and get sued for defamation. Now, as for this pastor, I do believe that people put too much faith in the pastor instead of God. They think that faith in the Pastor is the same as faith and obedience to God. That is not true. If he did commit a crime the deacons need to report it to the police. This is not the Catholic Church.

Hey Diva!! I’m wondering if it may have been infidelity against the 1st wife. And, instead of marrying the mistress, he married this new wife. I’m sure the church would be willing to forgive him especially since it’s past tense. I’m just not sure how stepping down now is even effective. Perhaps someone in the church found out and word started circulating.

It could be the very marriage he's currently in. But biblical standards marrying wife two before wife one is deceased is called adultery by the word of God. He did say the sin was committed a number of years ago.... It's highly possible that someone in his orbit who is truly versed in the scriptures counseed him.

I've had emergency due to high Bp but I had to wait before seeing the Dr while they monitored my heart rate for few minutes. It was 226/110. I was wheeled to the ER and had to fill out form about my insurance

Pastor Tony Evans probably told the congregation that the sin he committed was not criminal so that the congregation would not jump to conclusions. The rapper GloRilla was stopped by the police for making a u - turn on a red traffic light, and GloRilla was expecting the police officer to know who she was. GloRilla asked the officer " You don't know who I am?" The officer said she did not know who GloRilla was, but later became interested in who GloRilla was. E's comment " 15 other little Johnny's. "

I read Evans' statement which does not include an apology or an expression of sorrow. Evans did not ask for forgiveness or even state that he has sought forgiveness from God or from the people or person who was hurt or harmed. He didn't even ask his church to forgive him. I'm simply stating the obvious. If a leader is stepping away due to secret sin, shouldn't he apologize? We didn't open up this can of worms, Pastor Evans did that all by himself. On Sunday, his youngest son indicated that he doesn't even know his father's secret sin but he will return to preaching.

First, No, he did not marry his associate pastor's wife. She was out of state and husband was a pastor in Atlanta. Its on the church website and google.... however that's something wrong i keep on seeing in other videos so maybe you are getting info from other videos...as far as sin, I'm assuming he brought it up to God when it happened. Second, Priscilla is noy. Pastor but motivated speaker. Third, the kids have come out now and have supported their dad

They asked him what type of employment.You get treatment depending on your illness.One thing for sure they want to know if you can pay.Regardless of what your profession is chest pains and he'd been hospitalized before for that,straight for test.The eats usually get your information and any medication you take.The EMTs tell them what's wrong when you get there.

Dude from the Four Tops said he was worried about stalkers and fans….ok. We using celebrity loosely. Also they owe him… what was the psych eval for? Sometimes when people are having medical Emergencies their behavior can be mistaken for psych issues and it’s a heart issue or stroke. This very situation happened to my cousin with the straight jacket and she need oxygen whole time. That hospital has some patient care issues and will end up settling.
