I.must be the only one who loves the skater grrl's skort! They were insanely popular in the early '90s, every girl had one! They hit that nostalgia button for me. There are plenty of distressed jeans out there. That's fine. I like them. But the skort is special. You either had one or you wore bike shorts under your flared mini.
Literally Y2K Britney and an Egirl skater....They're Y2K inspired especially Trendsetter, literally her tracksuit, the hat, the hair and her icy eyeshadow.
I was so bummed I bought Trendsetter at $23.99 then Target put her on sale for like $11.99 but win some lose some. I really like Skatepark QT. I def recommend the new omg bffs Sketches & Melrose. I do like that even at retail $28.99 which is $2 increase at least you get an extra piece of fashion like a skirt, top, etc.
They're both great designs. I like them a lot but don't feel like I need them. When I've seen Trendsetter in person she doesn't do it for me like when I see her in reviews and photos. A couple of OMGs look good in their shades but usually I put them up on their heads if their hairstyle is simple, or I'll put them on Rainbow High doll's heads, or put them away.
I have trendsetter she is so iconic I love her hat and bell bottoms she’s giving me so much nostalgia even tho I was born in 2008 I love her sm and her flip phone is everything!!!
Meow. I stopped collecting OMGs sadly bc of rainbow high. They cost a lot and that’s like double if u collect both so I chose rainbow high for my main. But ugh I love them

The skort for skatepark is hideous (truly heinous) in my opinion and I never entertained the idea of putting it on her. I love the cropped turtleneck and pants. I have my skatepark qt posed with cool lev. They are skateboarding best friends in my collection. I recently got trendsetter on sale from target too. I still need to unbox her. I think the skirt she comes with is seriously cute. I’ve seen pictures of rh dolls restyled in it. I will be washing her hair. Oh, my husband and I are also Leo.
trendsetter is definitely christina aguilera 2004 inspired. she is literally pictured wearing something similar to trendsetter with the black and blonde hair during her Diirty era.
Rainbow high stands confuse me. How can they be so bad when the OMG are good. You can't even use the extra waist huggers on RH stands. All of it was a new mold. They are so visually similar why did they do that. I washed both of their hair btw. The look is super easy to recreate.
I do really like these dolls, but I feel like these are the weakest Of the bff’s line, My favourite Omgs ever are sweets and sunshine , I do love trendsetter, but she feels almost incomplete? But they’re adorable on their own
