Please how dd u add allowance to the down part, because when cutting u ddnt indicate whether u added any seam allowance to the pattern.

You can use drawstrings (rope) to create something similar.

You're welcome. No, I didn't. Spreading the pattern naturally makes the width fuller. Also, you may want to consider Spreading to the back and creating pleats along the center back too. It will give it a fuller look, better than mine.
