At 7.47 - u r stitching the other belt by overlaping. This part i did not understand. If we didnt join the two pcs of belt and by overlapping, wont it show unstitiched at that part???

Not sure how the belt wraps around without a hole on one side of the waist to meet the other end of the belt w/overlap to not expose side of leg ... Please explain ...

I believe you just cross the belt around, the loops keep the belt on the waist after you wrap it. The hole would be unnecessary in this case.
