You being up in Scully’s booth and saying it’s the first time you’ve been there, gave me chills. Everything you’re doing is moving baseball in the right direction. I’ve been a lifelong Brewers fan but between Watch Momentum and Jomboy Media, I’m more enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the game than I’ve ever been. I liked that he went over Luba Sports pay model and expressed the fact that as an agent she is putting in work for her clients and getting paid to do so while not becoming incredibly rich by negotiating bigger contracts. Her money is well earned and I have all the respect in the world for someone who goes to work and is paid properly for their work. Male or female the fact that she has reinvented the agent paymodel is awesome and she will become extremely successful for it. Awesome!!

as someone who’s been a commissioned salesman for 15 years I believe in that model because it ensures the people producing the contracts are getting an equitable share of the profit and means that they can enjoy a lifestyle that goes with that. In short it means that someone other than the player gets equity in the deal. Say you pay someone a flat fee vs comission, thats good for you hut bad for them. Just my hot take on why commission is better than flat fees for not just the agent and their employees but for everyone involved. That said why pay 4-5 million for what you could pay 2 million for if available but commission means i as a producer have unlimited earning potential, salaries and flats means I don’t. As someone involved in sales who personally produces millions in gross profit every year who’s done the salary gig my earning potential is 2-3 times what my salary (+ “bonuses”) was.

Are you using a different microphone? Seems like the 2nd or 3rd video where your voice is different. Don't notice it as much with Rachael, so it may just be affecting the lower range.

Just heard your promo for First Star Logistics near the end, and it sounded normal. So somebody is doing something in editing that's changing your tone. Not a fan. Makes you sound too nasally.

@@MCMFF1 Yeah, I typed that before I got to that part. But if you listen to the part right after the promo, where he's talking about the gala, it's back to that nasally sound. I'd think both of those would've been recorded on the same camera. My thinking is someone edited the main part of the blog using one set of filters, and somebody else edited the promo using a different set.
