Trevor Jacob Fake the Crash? What the FAA Might Look For- TakingOff

Right before Christmas, Trevor Jacob released a video entitled “I Crashed my Plane” in which he claimed engine trouble while over the Las Padres mountains near the Los Angeles basin. Which was fine, because he was wearing a sport parachute. In the days since, Trevor has turned off comments on the video as the aviation community overwhelming are calling this a stunt Trevor pulled to garner views and attention.
The FAA has confirmed an investigation is underway, and we’ve done some of our own investigation and have some new information-like who really owned the plane.
