@georgestoneberg1932 more than likely that is the problem. You won't be able to see the defects you'll just have to replace it. You could try replacing your rubber dampers.
@@N8904V that was good advice, I replaced both. See the latest video. It is flying, but the vibs are not totally gone. Not sure they ever are with helicopters. Once I can test again we'll see if it's good enough for the ikon to do rescue like it should.
Hmm, not sure how to check that without lifting off, and the vibs are bad enough I'm afraid to risk that. I did check and the blades are within a couple tenths of a degree of pitch.
