So goofy... I hadn't really seen him talk in length like this before, as I only really listened to their first 8 or so albums, yet this is exactly as I imagined he might be, just grinning like a kid in a kinda creepy way, but not threatening ofc...

It’s like he’s a chef, with a new recipe! He shows us the steps and ingredients, at each stage, some sounds are simmering, some have to be stirred, you have to add the spices and liquids at different times throughout the process, check the heat and temperature.

Looked very 'Ron Trey of 2003-2004 IMO.

Same. I actually prefer their studio albums to their shows myself. Seen them a couple of times. One was super underwhelming and the next was fun but not enough to get me clawing to see them again anytime soon. I grew up in the jam band scene myself and I just never LOVED treys tone but totally respect him as a musician.
