This looks like a case study of the phrase: Who controls the media controls the truth

The rape episode was so damn rage inducing. I got so angry by the way that young woman was treated. She got attacked by 4 men yet she seemed to be like the one on trial and basically vilified. It was so horrible to watch especially that old woman at the end saying how she don't deserve to walk on earth like WTF is wrong with people.

I was scared the jury was gonna let the guy off for a second... He AGREED to go on the show, knowing it could be a man He went out and purchased the gun and went to the guys house and shot him. If we let him off the hook for that, we'd literally have to let off everyone.

the media decides the result of the case and the media is controlled by elite few. the elite few thus decides the result of cases. to get a better idea try the " Out of Shadows" documentary. It does include some subliminal Christian messaging in it but it also has some good insights.

The guy who got killed was clearly harassing the guy. It looks like he and the guy knew each other we don't know how well, the guy was harassing him through the television show, and then after was stalking him and left a creepy note that said "only you can stop this" attatched to some do not cross tape at his home. Maybe the 'killer' knew that this guy wasn't going to stop. Maybe this was a survival thing, I'm not saying its right but when you know someone is trying to out you to the whole wide world via public television (its possible they slept together) and leaving notes saying "you can stop this" at your home... its triggering. How does one feel safe at that point? Sorry but if it was a guy harassing and stalking a woman in such a relentless way, and the woman after being polite to long finally flipped and killed him, we wouldn't call it murder because her defense is, she doesn't know if he's gonna stop and she's afraid. That guy was creepy as hell towards the "killer" and very innappropriate. I would have been scared too, because everyone's all hey he's just gay and has a crush on you. No that guy was stalking you even through TV and even after the show by showing up at your house leaving a scary note. You snapped. Most people are not able to keep it together in that kind of situation. He was not crim\inally responsible he was pushed to the brink, and I wonder if his harassers KNEW of his mental conditions and still did it. Those are the people who should be found guilty. Its kindof about being gay but its mostly about being stalked in such a public way where everyone is cooperating with the abuse.
