This week, I'm exploring the world of Indian sweet making with a simple Sooji Halwa, also known as Kesari. This dish consists of cooking semolina in a sugar syrup and ghee, along with some mix-ins such as cashews and cardamom. I also share some of my cherished cookbooks that I have collected over the years!
