Isn't this considered as lockin', instead of break dancing? I know that elements of both dances are combined by many, but I think this is only one style. It's still nice that they were introduced to something new in the world of dance.
They may enjoy a group called Steam Powered Giraffe. They all have robot characters and singing and dancing like an old animatronic. Try their songs Brass Goggles, Honeybee, or Captain Albert Alexander :)
Just to clear up any confusion, this is neither breaking nor locking. This is popping dance, still related to street dancing just as locking and breaking. However, popping focuses on techniques that involve contracting and relaxing muscles, making that 'pop' effect. The techniques they used in here were waves, robot style, animation and dime stops. The more you know 👍
The video shown today had awesome and hot dancers but they only did locking and no breakdancing! I would like to see the villagers watch and react to the 1980's California movie called "BREAKIN" with famous lock and break dance stars named Shabadoo and "Bugar Loo Shrimp". Awesome dance and music in the movie!👍🏻🥰🔥
Not the break dancing I was expecting... I thought you'd show something more like this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-eDMv3IHGpnA.html
What he showed was good, but you’re correct about the link you provided. Your link is the breakdance I grew up with back in the 80’s when I was a teenager.
