I'm so glad you started with a cheese pizza. It's the most basic, this way they will see the difference once other items are put in it. Some people like cheese pizza only, I prefer it with just cheese and pepperoni.

If you are going to judge a pizza restaurant, you have to judge the cheese pizza. Sub par pizza can easily be masked by strong ingredient flavors. The cheese pizza shows how good they can actually make pizza, anybody can put toppings. THis is why pizza critics order cheese pizza for pizza reviews
