man i cant stand how they’re getting all up in they face. i get its to pressure them but it wont work alll the time. i personally would ask them to back up but they would just suspect me more

Wow thats incredibly effed up. People are so psychotic sometimes jfc. Thats awful. oh and building report with suspects can fs work especially if it's a detective who's good at interrogation ( cause a lot aren't.) And it's a suspect who's in flight or fight they aren't thinking clearly and want to be seen as innocent, a cop playin like they're only there to ask questions instead of grilling suspects aggressively will get alot farther. Thrs ofc more to interrogation then that but it's a good place to start. Ofc if your very familiar with how cops lie and try and trick people youll be less susceptible but even then it can still work depending on how stressed the suspect is and if they think they can out smart. I'm sure it works better with someone who's just murdered another person then with someone who is getting arrested for petty things. Sorry I watch A LOT of interrogations lol also experienced a few myself. Edit: oh yea cops are not your friend ever. Lawyer up always even if your completely innocent because they'll use anything you say. Cops will not make a deal with suspects but they won't stop you from asking for one and talking under the pretense that ull get one. Any deal with a cop is not permissible in court only prosecutors can make deals and they'll only do that with defense lawyers r public defense lawyers. And ofc that'll depend on how much evidence they have including what you've said. As much as i hate to say it mike asking for a lawyer is what you should do. Even though its meaningless for him after everyone already comfessed, ( which.. good.) But the only thing an interrogation is going to acomplish is making the polices job easier. Otherwise theyd have to do theyre job and investigate. Also everything u said about street cred being bs is facts unfortunately people really have to find that out the hard way... it's sad
