As an anarcho-capitalists, I think native americans were wronged and had their individual and collective properties stoles. That being said, you need to have proof that a certain specific area belongs to you, regardless of your ethnicity. It seems those people in the video may have a case, but some comments are assuming "natives" (no even considering the different groups) are somehow the owners of every inch of territory in some specific area. They are not, neither are europeans "owners" of Europe, Africans owners of African, etc. We need logical, case by case analysis. Here in my country of Brazil, we have the same problem, some farmers think they are right by default of being farmers, of generating wealth, etc. and some natives think they are entitled to a certain area just because they exist, and the indigenist movement infantilizes the natives as if they are children who need to be protected from the world or outside influences, so we have many native reservations where the natives can't do nothing with """their property"" (they are kept isolated by the government, and prevented of renting their land to businesses who are willing to pay good money in exchange for exploiting resources and having some activity there).

The least we can do is help their socioeconomic situation as best as we can. People really need to "think" about what their saying before they say it, and read a lot more about how come Native Americans are in the situation that they are in, to begin with.

They have cheated the Chief and his family before him and have stolen everything and now they want to say you don't exist, that you are not Indian, that the land belongs to them. Typical, always taking what is not theirs. Always about them and their pockets. Same. I want to see my Cherokee/Mohegan Ancestors. I'm 12.9% native American, (Cherokee & Mohegan, but mostly cherokke) & also Italian, Irish, Swedish, English & Mediterranean... This is stolen land...is horrendous what they did. The genocide....if not just us, but the animals, other people, innocents, the earth. Sure money would help, but reconnecting with tbe culture is more important. Both would be ideal due to an almost genocide of our entire tribes...& Being native American & Indian aren't the same. 1. Assuming Native people have to have brown skin and long hair is racist. 2. Blood quantum is a colonial construct that is used against Natives to control their reservations. Colonizers knew with their blood quantum laws that if these Natives"white" enough in DNA, their land can be taken away from them. So, they raped and sterilized Native women and killed men, leaving survivors only to marry white or black people; this is why most Eastern tribes such as these come in various colors. 3. Many Native people don't base being Indigenous on looks and DNA, but by connection to their land, community, and ancestors (literally the entire point of these people fighting for land claims). The only reason they would/do care is because they don't want to lose the little land they have left. Unfortunately, this rhetoric has caused some Natives to renounce Natives of mixed ancestry. These tribes are legitimate because they carry the blood and legacy of their ancestors with them.
