@@TakiMitsuha2016 because historically Kom tribe was rescued by a Meitei king when the Kom tribe was trapped in a cave because of a Tiger, the Meitei king killed the tiger and rescued them, provided food and shelter and even gave his daughter to the kom tribe king for matrimonial alliance.

Kom is not kuki. There could be some similarities, but that doesn't make kom kuki. If u consider similarities as same tribe u r wrong. Lets not go far, evem in india, south indian and north has lots of similarities are they same. Ans is No?? Kom is not kuki!!!!!!!!
This is political and it's a matter of where Kom choose to stand ....But you and I cannot denied that fact that the closest people to the kom linguistically and culturally are the Zo kindred may be from Zomi,Kuki,Chin or Mizo .
Mizo and Meitei have same language words... Meitei kuki also have same language words, kuki can speak better meitei language than a meitei, kuki dress very similar to Khuman clan, some kuki dress phijom too, and kuki does similar dance to meitei. So what are your stands?
@@TakiMitsuha2016 they are neither naga not kuki. kom are kom. The kukis are just trying to drag them into the conflict. What kukis have been doing is building up numbers are treating the smaller tribe to join them.
