Tribute to Steve Jobs - Apple II Image Printing 

As a little tribute to Steve Jobs, I tried to get his picture displayed on the Apple ][e.
It was a little more complicated than I thought. For those who are interested, here are some tips:
Download ADTPro to connect the Apple ][ to your computer via a serial cable connection.
Download ][GIF application (for the Apple ][) and save it into a disk image (.dsk) via ADTPro
Download Ciderpress to create a disk image (.dsk) that contains GIF image files of your choice
Run ][GIF on the Apple ][ (you will have to run it in the command line as -IIGIF since it is a SYS file). Open the GIF file. You can display the image by selecting the "Convert to GIF" option.
Note: in ][GIF, selecting the "Double HiRes Black & White" mode allows you to generate the highest resolution image, which is 520 x 190
