Im SO CONFUSED, you kept switching the long head and lateral head up. I keep rewinding it and I’m positive you mixed up Long and Lateral. I keep trying to follow along by writing it and it’s not making any sense. What you are saying is not matching the picture you are sharing. The picture shows that the long head is longer and medial and the lateral head is shorter and fatter. You began with the long head explanation saying it’s medial. Then you said that the lateral head is shorter like your index finger and medial as well? IDK Im so confused…. It’s not adding up

Sorry to hear about your arm! It could be a pulled muscle or something with a nerve, considering you mentioned burning, radiating pain. It's not something I can diagnose over the internet. If you have a chance, visiting a Physical Therapist or family doctor would give you more answers. Hope it feels better soon though.

@@MemorizeMedical my doctors have never helped me with anything for 10 odd years.. ive been going about fatigue for 15 years... i i kept asking about various illnesses and asking to be tested cos the symptoms were fatigue & pain etc.. theyd test for one thing then say no you dont have that and expect me to leave it like im supposed to be happy cos i found out whats NOT wrong with me. i went once asked if i have fibromyalgia... the doctor looked me up and down for 5 seconds and said.. "nah, doubt youve got that"... years later my mum told me shes been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, so i looked it up online..s ays it can be passed down from parents... i went back to the doctor and asked again, he asked me my symptoms and within 2 minutes said "ok youve got it" - so what about the previous 15 years of me complaining over & over again about the same symptoms? im in britain.. tories have been privatising the nhs slowly.. they dont care about people.. im pretty sure they have a note on my record saying "dont help him"

I'm not sure how the medical system works in the UK. But if you can, and if the arm is still bothering you, I would seek out a physiotherapist. They are experts in treating muscle injuries, and can do simple tests to try to figure out what is going on. When it comes to fibro and fatigue, unfortunately, there is no standard treatment, but physiotherapy is often recommended to help with strength and endurance but also for education on the science behind pain and how pain works so it is not as scary and self perpetuating.

@@MemorizeMedical thanks for the help and info... all i can say is our previous tory government underfunded the NHS and started privatising it.. which is why its in such an awful state.. we used to have good free medical help for everyone.. now they never want to help.. in fact when i went to hospital once after vomiting up blood, they made me wait 8 hours, then kept asking me what my profession was and when i said unemployed they told me to go home.. i had to walk 7 miles along a duel carriageway at 4am. cos there were no buses... this is what happens under governments that dont care about poor people
