This video is about Quake3 freestyle trickjumping and it shows most physics known features such as very hard strafes and circle jumps, plasma and rocket jumps, weapon combos, multiple rockets, corners skims, all kinds of overbounces, promode gazboosts, ramping and one of the newly invented the ceiling bug. Also theres something filmed for the first time in 13 years.
Movie is not recommended for nervous, susceptive persons, and also for people with epilepsy (this is not a joke).

10 years old, it still has one of the best intro sequences we've ever had in a Quake movie, and one of the best soundtracks

Actually I never liked much bouncing while trickjumping, not even back then. But it makes me happy see that still nowdays there are people trickjumping. Q3 phusics is something else man... it never gets old!

For your consideration, this part of such a long video is needed to show the title of it in case somebody renamed the file and for the viewers to be immersed in a certain mood for the rest of the video. Most of the times it's also used to introduce the participants.

server settings for all the tricks in this vid: g_synchronousclients 1 com_maxfps 125 sv_fps 125 pmove_fixed 0 you can check it by opening the console in any demo from the pack.

спасибо за отзыв) про камеры ничего не буду говорить, не моя всё-таки забота была, а вот за ники придирка нелепая реально, в первый просмотр вообще незачем на них смотреть, они там чисто на всякий случай, поэтому упрятаны в самый угол экрана, чтобы в глаза не бросались.. я вот например не успевал бы читать ники, если бы не смотрел уже мувик раз 50 :)

wall glitch, you can still do a lot of those in quakelive, after awhile you get a speed boost. theres easy ones to do on dm6, and quarantine

most of the tricks are vq3, except some tricks labeled as cpm, 7:37 is also a cpm one but meant to be a vq3 so it's not labeled by accident, and one jump was labeled as vq3 bcuz it's very important.

really nice tricks, but i agree it was overedited at times. just normal 1st person view without distracting effects is so much more enjoyable

The distance is not too long there. Actually the gap can be compared to dm6 b2r (in 2 jumps as usually) but diagonal, not straight. The hard thing there is the narrow exit from the start position. The good preparation for the trick and making a proper ground start makes 90% of the trick. So I don't think anyone has the time for it in duels =)

Tricks on film are on the cpm by default? I noticed "vq3" label in one trick, "cpm" one on another, but most of them aren't labeled.

it's not necessary to install it, you can install on any other PC where it's possible and then bring the folders 'n files as a copy to yours

- камеры (по крайней мере, в начале) уж больно хитро закрученные и дёрганные, потому не всегда понятно, что происходит. Многие трюки в third person потеряли свою красоту; - видео местами резко ускоряется для попадания в такт музыке, теряется целостность восприятия от того; - неудачный эффект с никами - порой полтрикса проходит, пока прочтёшь; + триксы збс; в общем и целом лайк.

By the way, I wouldn't call Hate Fs2 a movie, it's more like a short vid created to show some tricks with the music (it's only 7 minutes). There's no author's intent or idea, there are no messages or other features that make sense.
