All Halo grp ligands are weak field ligands And CN- No2 etc which start with C or N..those ligands are strong field ligands May it be helpful....

(Nicl4) 2- hybridization sp3. Geometry =tetrahedral. Magnetic nature = paramagnetic, outer orbital complex.,high spin complex...... And Ni(CN) 4)2- ka hybridization dsp2, geometry square planer, magnetic nature diamagnetic.. Inner orbital complex, low spin complex... Mam is are correct
