Thank you for posting this video! I tried this trick on my Oris Aquis, and it worked. I took it to a jewelry store that had repaired it about 3 yrs ago, and they wanted to charge me $750.00 to repair it. It turns out a screw came loose and was caught in the balance wheel. After taking the screw out and applying the trick in this video, the watch started working 👍. Thanks!
I am glad I found this video. I bought a new Hamilton it fell to the ground and it stop working. Even the pawn shop couldn't fixed it. Great video. After watching this video I was able to start my Hamilton watch. I am so happy because it was a new watch that I just bought and was able to fixed it after watching this.
Very nice... i have a Mathey Tissot with the SW200-1 Movement and during summer, the watch suddenly stopped running for a few months and someday as i was trying to fix the problem the mechanism restarted by itself... tf
Hello may I know my automatic watch can wind and the balance moves. But I can't adjust the time, but I can adjust the date... Why's that? The watch is dead?
Can somebody help me i have automatic watch and it stops on specific second after working for about 5 minutes and i shake it and work after that, and again stop on this second after about half an hour and i varies but stop on specific second. What can i do?
Having similar problems. Either that or it's just completely dead, need to give it a good spin and it will only work for a minute tops. Did you find any help?
