Notes:
2 sessions this week, did too much in the first session and blammed my body. Disappointed in myself for that but I need these reminders from time to time to stick to low impact moves to allow for more frequent training.
Ended the week with an ankle injury so just right leg tricks next week. Shifting priorities to what I can work on not what I can't. Not the best week but they can't all be great!
