Most of them are fake. They don't get paid by people actually using these "hacks", just watching and sharing them. Ironing steak would make your iron stink and be unusable for actual ironing thereafter. As well as being inferior to using a pan or a grill like a normal person.

The ironed steak was so fake it wasn’t even fully cooked! Also that turkey one looked kinda fake. I don’t know where yall are living but in Canada the commercial turkey looks just as good as the real ones
