Long running is just for fitness but if you want to run between the wickets fast then just war the pads and hold the bat and take short 24 yard sprints
Focus on the release of the ball so that you can judge and also know what is the bowler bowling like cutter or swing. Just look at the arm before release so that its easy for you to look at the ball thoroughly while it's coming to you just calmly watch the ball from beginning
Plz make how to improve reflexes against pacers And how to judge the ball type, line and length early... By seeing release point, flick of wrist,seam position,shine etc.....
