I also had my triglycerides in the 500 range with statins it did bring them down but it increased my serum creatinine. So my doctor prescribed me a relatively new drug called SAROGLITAZAR which has helped bring down my Triglycerides without any side effects. Kindly provide some insights about SAROGLITAZAR also.

Boss need to tell you one thing, i had reduced my fasting sugar level from 130 to 93 in 3 weeks by limiting sugar for 3 weeks and 7.5 km walk everyday..🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥age - 30
@@aaribhasan l was on zero added sugar plan. But new problem came after 3 weeks i came down to 58 fasting sugar level..😂 so better go with min sugar and normal diet and important is walking..

If it is below 250, with lifestyle changes and if we stop taking sugar and fried...it definitely comes down as told by Doctor Kalra....mine was 240 and last week it was 157
@@aaribhasan No sweets...no sugar in tea coffee...only natural sugar in fruits I take soaked nuts early morning Then light brkfst...poha, idli, vermicilli, boiled eggs without yolk, museli, etc..sometimes stuffed roti with min oil Mid day...any fruit Lunch....salad, dal subzi and 2 chapati or rice Evening tea with murmura chana...tea only once a day Dinner.....subzi and one chapati or khichri or vegetable daliya Almost nothing from restaurants 30 minutes anytime walk a day and 15 minutes exercise No fried..No sugar...No preservatives

Thanks for guidance. sir, my wife have come 240 cholesterol and 285 triglycerides first time. Hdl/ldl ratio is 2.33 cho/hdl is 4.36 sugar is normal. Does she needed medicine for cholesterol or food and lifestyle changes can make difference. Please guide. Thank you.
