That's a debatable topic that's mostly opinion based. Mine is that if he doesn't get bigger than 12-13" and you can keep his water clean, should be fine
Thank you so much for the support and comments. Yes those pots can be found on Amazon last I looked. Search "fallen terracotta pot" . May also be able to find at pottery shops.
Both are gorgeous I agree but the male on the right is better but I would get some fry and then separate from the female or he’s just going to take more damage.
