Trimming Flare off of an Abscessed Hoof 

This horse has blown multiple small abscesses on the lateral side of this front hoof. I didn’t give him a very invasive trim last time I was there because I didn’t want to compromise his comfort level. But I did not like the shape of that hoof when I returned this time. I removed a lot of the flaring from the bottom. Then afterward I also removed some from the top which I unfortunately did not capture on video 😕.
