It would be great to get these women to help teach the younger generation about patois cuz we need people who are well versed in it helping to bring it back!! I would love to learn patois.
I am of French origin and I speak Guadeloupe, Martinique and Haitian Creole, it was easy to learn and frankly I am amazed by the beauty of this language.

Shame on these old people blaming children, when there parents or the adults that are responsible for there emotional and moral behaviour are the ones to blame. The law should be holding parents/ carers/ teachers and the community for children and young people's bad behaviour and we would have a different society. When children are brought up in households without love nurturance, good example and moral guidance, they cannot develop conscious . When little boys and girls have no positive role models at home, within the family structure or in the community, then they have nothing to follow or guide them through live. We cannot blame children and young people when there parents, carers and the community they live in shows no responsibility, good example, or moral guidance towards them .
