With the push from social media and the internet, you wouldn't imagine what a 2020 Felix Trinidad would do. He would've made 500 million easily with his fight style, personality and overall boxing success. Trinidad is what boxing fans DREAM of watching fight. Doesn't matter if you're white, black, red, Chinese, British....You ALL want to see a guy like THIS mix it up. Fearless...Talented...and played to the crowd. #TeamTrinidad #Tito #HOF
He could be out boxed and he could be out fought but very rarely. The guy gave it everything. In my opinion he was the most exciting and real boxer of my youth.
@@gavinbrando8255 When you had the handspeed and power in both hands that he had, there was really no need to box. Like asking a baseball player who hit left-handed to suddenly turn around and bat right-handed lol. Dude was fearless. I will never forget him rocked against Hopkins, after gassing out in round 10. He came out and still went forward at Hopkins. He was still trying to KO Hopkins even though there really was no chance. Takes a special fighter to dive onto his own sword trying to win a fight. Tito did that vs Hopkins. #Legend
Besides Mike Tyson this is my fav boxer off all time! One of the best! I wonder what would had been the out come if Trinidad fought Hopkins the time they were supposed to fight cause it was postponed due to 9-11!

Trinidad was a underrated tactician, he seldom attacked. Him being the puncher he had his opponents chasing him. He was accurate, precise and crisp once he hurt his opponents. Did not waste his punches. His combinations upstairs and downstairs were things of beauty.
WAO IMPRECCIONANTE ES UNA MAQUINA PARA LOS NO CAOS CON 33 GANADAS Y 30 POR NO CAOS ES EL MEJOR HASTA ESE MOMENTO Q LE ECHARON A TITO TRINIDAD 👏👏👏 👊💪✊ ☝🗽🆒 🌟✨👑 🔺
If Tito would have worked with Emanuel Stewart and other top trainers, they would have added new dimensions to his Great abilities. I believe Tito needed a few more tune up fights, and new trainer and he would have beat B-Hop..They put Tito in with B-Hop too early, Tito wasn't the same after B-Hop fight ! Tito is my favorite PR fighter, then Wilfredo B,,then Wilfredo Gomez
I always said Tito had no business in going to 160 at all, Don King did rush him to the Middleweight tournament and the mistake of 160 was Tito was fighting tall avr 6,2 to 6,3 Middleweights with long reach and power in hands like Hopkins and Wright and bigger mistake that after 160 tournament if Trinidad Don King wanted Tito to go up to 170 to fight Roy Jones Jr in his prime and that would of been a bigger mistake I think once Trinidad face a real Middleweight with great defense and boxing skills Tito met his match great campeon de PR but that fight with Hopkins was a mistake
Tito could have retired unbeaten if they didn't rush him to middleweight so fast.He is the Greatest P R fighter to me.Bad management pushed him to fast.I wanted a gay la Hoya 2 fight.Tito would have KOed Oscar had they fought again !! Viva Puerto Rico !!!
He was never going to beat Hopkins who was one of the greatest if not the greatest middleweight ever. Trinidad would have gone on many more years without losing if he stayed at junior middleweight
Never loaded his gloves. His father taped it in a way to protect his hands that is legal in all states except New York. Inoue, Floyd mayweather, and a few others used the same exact wrapping technique so they won’t hurt their hands. When you have to wrap them in a way that gives you less protection on the knuckle it gives you less confidence to throw hard. One reason Floyd never fought outside of Vegas was due to this and he needed lidocaine injections in his hands which are also illegal with every other commission besides the Nevada state athletic commission.
As a Puertorican... I have to say Canelo would win. He would outbox him. He would never dare to trade punches against Tito. Nobody wanted to trade punches against him except Vargas.

Jajaja Sometimes Foreman’s comments are hilarious. Trinidad wasting energy? Sometimes people forget that Trinidad had a recovery time between rounds of 32 sec. The only other fighter to ever do this I believe was Salvador Sanchez.
19:39 I love what the commentators were saying about Tito and how he has natural heavy power in his punches, for a fighter of his physical-stature. I love Tito! He rocks!
This Thiam guy didn't quit, no. As a smart, good fighter, he is he just knew he wasn't going to win no matter what he did. Lose this fight and go on with your career healthy enough to do so.👏👏👏👍🤝🕊🙏🗽💪🥊👏👏👏‼️
Recuerdo esa pelea.
I loved Tito but this fight was very suspicious to me. I thought Thiam responded very very unusually to Tito's punches. And I've never seen a fighter get busted up like that so early in a fight in that way. Very suspicious. It makes me think the the Joppy accusations had merit.
박규빈 the song is Preciosa written by Rafael Hernandez in the la 50's it is like a national hymn in Puerto Rico. This version is sung by March Anthony a world class salsa singer.
At the end of the fight in the interview..tito talking about the kidnapped kid...rolandito...he was 4 years old at the moment...TO THIS DAY...HE IS STILL MISSING.
Trinidad was a bad dude. Would have been a tough opponent for any middle-weight boxer in any era. Obviously, gifted boxer such as SRL, Hearns, Hagler, Benitez, Duran would have been extremely interesting. I personally thought DHL beat him solidly and really didn't need those last two rounds. So someone with good foot speed, hand speed, good jab , ring generalship and power could be a problem for him, but he's the real deal - for sure!
This should tell you it dont matter th3 body size a man can be ripped dont mean hes a better fighter. Spence is not that good trust me. Nothing compared to tito. He will be defrat3d very soon
