We also let you know how ambiguous and what a piece of absolute dog shit you guys did at instructions inside the app but you never bothered replying to those posts for some odd reason. Wonder why that is
This is a very poor design. Those black things that the shelf corners fit onto are called “slip sleeves”. ‘Slip’ is the operative word here because it is nearly impossible to erect this rack by yourself…if you touch one of those sleeves the wrong way down on the floor it goes. Additionally, these are plastic and are meant to compress around the post with pressure…but all they do is slip down the post. It is nearly impossible to get the shelves evenly spaced at the corners. This is too bad because the quality of the steel post, shelves and casters is very good. However this rack is ruined by a poorly designed method of securing the shelves.
Agree! I have put these together at work, purchased from Target, their Bright room brand, and the sleeves are solid and close all the way, they didn't slip at all, this thing is great EXCEPT they used inferior plastic sleeves that won't clip together ( not wide enough for the poles) and break apart at the slightest pressure! It's going back to Costco!
