I got Garen in an ARAM yesterday and looked up a build. I was surprised to see he was S Rank and he definitely felt strong as heck. Didn't even know about Experimental Hexplate and I wish I had built that.

Riot stated that threshold indicators are purely about whether it's more fun with or with out them. The decision of "do I ult here" and rhe feeling when it works out is more fun without an indicator on some Champs than others
