Stole this from: • Eye - Optical illusion
Cut out parts and looped just the best part of it all... 4 minutes of craziness followed by a few minutes of trippyness... Try not to blink very often, but you can blink a few times (try for about once per minute, at most, if you can) if you have to... I tried the original uploader's video and got a halfway decent spiral effect, but after watching this, solid objects literally appeared to bend when I looked at them for a few minutes, which was pretty fascinating...
Also, it helps to try to clear your mind of any outside thoughts and just focus on reading the letters as they pop up in the center of the screen... Also, I made it 3d for anyone that wants to try... I don't currently have a way to test the 3d, though, so I don't know how well it will work (if at all)...

I don't know what you mean by "why?", but see my comment "deeply hypnotized". Headache/pain is NOT a normal side effect of hypnosis, which is very pleasant and fun. No idea why they said that, maybe it's some sort of eye strain.

DEEPLY hypnotized*, with expected, normal, desirable results: relaxing, mindless, so body doesn't want to function. IE: can't be more relaxed--isn't that the whole idea?. No post-hypnotic effects.
