i wish they could fly outside of europe like the usa, south africa, south america, asia because i know that they would be an amazing airline to fly long distance flights with them.Nice review keep it up :)
What a great flight report ! :) Aegean Airlines seems to be in the last airlines in Europe to offer a quality service in Medium and short flights. I was impressed by the food ! What a great and complete tray :)! I can understand better why Aeagean was elected as Europe's best regional airline ! :)

Bumped into this by chance, very nice report indeed! True I'm Greek, but I couldn't care less when recommending services. Actually, I'm usually grumpier about not so good services here at home than in other countries. Gotta say, I go around Europe a lot due to work and I love, love, love Aegean the best among all airlines I use. Always smile when I see my Star Alliance flight being served by Aegean. Service quality and cabin crew always excellent, comfort during take off, landing, flight the same. The fact alone that they are the only ones that I know of still serving hot meals (on any flight that they have enough time to actually serve) in Europe is awesome. Oh and I always find something interesting to pass my time in their magazine. Sure hope its standards won't have to change due to the economic crisis. Tip: they'd happily serve you an extra bun of bread if you ask for it. Tip #2: You know why they offer candy? It's not just for your sweet tooth. It's actually to help your ears while compressing/decompressing during take off and/or landing.

12:00 potato puree and vegetables were unflavored because in flight your tastebuds go numb due to the combination of dryness and low pressure that reduces the sensitivity of your taste buds to sweet and salty foods by around 30%. Go check out a documentary about why tomato juice tastes different in flight than on ground.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but if you are, just know that well over 1000 flights depart every day. If none of those crash, I would say the risk is pretty low :)
Nice report. Plz do watch my report on the Worlds Most loved airline VISTARA on a 50 minute flight. It started in 2015 and by now has 13 planes and 18 destinations its domestic but beginin intl operations by 2018. Hope u will like it.
Very long drawn out video,the views of the Alps were great. During the meal what you called cookies are in fact called biscuits it even had biscuit written on it also you were served a roll not bun buns are sweet rolls are savoury ok.
The rule to switch off electronic devices during take off is more for laptops which are big and can block emergency exits. Using a camera has no influence on the safety of anybody on board. It did not happen to us a single time, that crew members told us to stop recording. Taking pictures or making videos is also very common, there are millions of videos taken during departure on RU-vid without any incident. And what would be a trip report without the take off part ;)
