Well, this one is an ex-Viva plane which, features Viva's A320ceo interior (because their A320neos have a slightly different one). The thing is that, their own new interiors and seats are not that different. Actually, I think Viva's are better because the economy seats have just a bit more padding and the armrests are a couple centimeters bigger. Apart from that there aren't a lot of differences, just the USB-A and USB-C ports Avianca has and the "economy plus" rows from the first one to the one just behind the emergency exits. And totally agree with the rest, Avianca has deteroirated SO MUCH. Their service has never been worse, both in the ground and in flight. They are super inconsistent as you said though. I've flown a good amound of times with them this year and I've I only had two decent flights (both because of one or two of the crew members who were friendly and talkative and also because both were operated by aircrafts that had their old cabin still fitted, even with the IFE and PTVs being deactivated the entire flight). Great video man! Nice to see you flying in and from Barranquilla, you just got a new subscriber!

Thanks very much for watching and subbing first, it means a lot. And yeah, I didn’t know these were Viva interiors as well, I thought Avianca had retrofitted these interiors on as a sort of “transition phase” type thing, but it now makes sense why none of the business class seats, USB connections, etc. were not present as advertised. Again about the inconsistency, the crew on the return flight to Bogotá were friendly and as attentive as they could be on the one-hour flight. Depends with Avianca, which I guess is somewhat better than all bad crews. Still a *lot* of room for improvement if they ever want to be like their old selves again. Appreciate the input!
