Great vidéo. My mother who is a balikbayan from Iloilo, will take this plane in september from Manila to Taipei...the 17:45 pm flight. I took eva air in the past with the 747 combi for the same route.

Yes, there is. There will be some ground crew to assist you if you need help

Does anyone know if EVA Air measures or weighs your carry on luggage?

Not as strict as the other airlines. But if they see that it won't fit on the overhead cabin or under the seat, they will force you to check it in.
