The 787 as a whole is incredible, its whole philosophy is ahead of its time, the cabin width allows 9 abreast seat map with plenty of space, i hoped Air Algérie got few of them but time have passed now 😕, unlucky 😅

Excellent video as always ! 👏 RAM really needs to work on their communication and customer service. Happened to me many times where they will announce the boarding and stop all pax on the jet bridge for hours !!! Last November on a CMN-JFK, we waited 2h45 lining after boarding without any announcement nor information. When you try to ask the staff, not only there are clueless but rude !!! Who cares about kids or elderly getting tired … they were more busy chatting behind the podium. Shame on RAM for that ! And yes the restroom issue is such a shame and standing and opening over head compartments right after landing. It’s unfortunately a mentality that can never be changed !

يجب إعادة النظر في الوجبات الغذائية المقدمة للمسافرين ،واعطاء صفقات التموين لمستحقيها الباقي كله جميل ، انتهى الكلام كما قال الفقيه بنكيران اللي حذف الدعم عن المحروقات واعطى الهراوة لمافيا المحروقات باش تعاود التربية للمغاربة ،

I recently had the most terrible experience with royal morocco air and I want to share how unsystematic and unprofessional they are. I asked them to change my flight schedule but they failed to reply for next 6 hours. I called them again and they said that it is already changed and then sent me an email. Next day, I went to airport and checked in my luggage. Later at the staff at air Morocco staff called me(not by announcement but I passed by the gate and they stopped me and said that I cannot get on the airplane)and I should call Air Morocco by myself. After using roaming international phone call for 40 minutes, I could somehow get email to get the next airplane. But I had to use USD 3,000 for phone call and etc. Most terrible airline company, worse than Air India, Laos Air and whatever you name it. Unless you are traveling to Morocco, I strongly suggest not to fly Air Morocco

The worst airlines in the world i am a moroccan i feel so sorry for the national airlines From doha airport manager he is the worst no customer service very vulgar The crew half of them no education no proper training The food catastrophic ( cold and bland ) The toilet extremely dirty although in the business class So many announcements disturbing u at the middle of the flight and the light never turned off for 7 hours . Most of the crew were rude to passengers and they do not attend the call bells I hope the management will set up a training for their staff as they are loosing a lot and the reputation is down

Hier j'ai pris un vol Bologne Casa, l'une des hôtesse était vraiment désagréable, limite raciste avec les passagers subsahariens, je comprends que généralement ce vol de bologne est difficile, mais ça ne justifie pas ce genre d'attitudes, j'ai vraiment pas aimé le vol, je me suis senti gêné autant que marocain.
