Triple chocolate layer Mousse cake , it’s a no bake cake, chocolaty and decadent, hardly not to fall in love with it from the first bite.
Smooth and creamy layers of mousse on top of a rich, moist cake. It’s so freaking good!
This cake has loads of chocolate from top to bottom. The cool, rich texture makes it great for any special occasion.
Ingredients
For base
Chocolate cake or oreo
Dark chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup whipped cream
150 gm Dark chocolate
1 tspn gelatin
1tbspn+1 tspn Cold water
Milk chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup whipped cream
90gm White chocolate
60 gm Dark chocolate
1 tspn gelatin
1tbspn+1 tspn Cold water
White chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup whipped cream
150 gm White chocolate
1 tspn gelatin
1tbspn+1 tspn Cold water
Whipped cream - 1+1/2 cup
Divide it into 3 equal portion for each mousse
