I thought triple drop b was b0 (I'm probably wrong tho please correct me) is it because the octave starts at c? Or am I was off

@@johnaranjo2059 alright, let me explain. 9 string is tuned to C# standard, tune 9th string two steps down and you'll get drop b0 (which is double drop b). if you pitchshift and octave down you'll get drop b-1 (which is triple drop b) thats it!
