You have an amazing imagination, Jon! Holy smokes! That's one big flame you're working with!!! (Hope you have an extinguisher nearby!!) It's amazing how that heat made the paint crackle in that super pattern! Great composition, Jon!!! Happy weekend!

Hi Cheryl, Thank you so much for your kind words and the great feedback it’s really appreciated :) it was a bit of a big flame :) and the only extinguisher i have is my own lung power to blow it out lol , the paint will crackle with out the heat but a lot slower so i used the flame to speed it up but to close with the flame and the painting will set on fire and mess up the painting big time :( also happy weekend to you too :)

The reason why my profile is called The Walking Miracle is because I hit 21 years in remission from cancer. I had cancer when i was 15. Bullied all of my life to becoming a professional welder painter and a company owner. I do spray paint art and oil base art and pour art. Hi the walking miracle, No problem, happy to answer your comment, Sorry to hear that you have had some bad things happen to you, It's not a very nice thing, I've lost family to it, 21 years in remission that's great :) Great to hear that you own your own company, what company is it? Is it something to do with welding?

Hey bro- MEGA congrats on being in remission! I hope it remains that way for the rest of your life. My brother is in remission from stage 4 metastatic lung cancer which I didn't think was possible. Glad you overcame the bullying as well, I know how that goes. A tip to save you A LOT of frustration with this crackle paint- use a heat gun on the lowest setting to get this effect. I do spray paint art in my attic so I can't use fire. It NEEDS heat to really crack like this. Montana doesn't say anything about needing heat but it took me 2 cans to figure it out. No heat, minimal cracking, heat gun- TONS of beautiful crackling. Good luck bro 👊🏻

Jon, beautiful work my man! The only thing that I may have done different is a more subtle approach with the star in the middle. Feel like it takes away from the painting as a whole. Can you create a similar piece without the star or potentially a small planet instead? Cheers!!!

Damn, you get so used to skech art using the crackle paint simply as a filler for his stencil pieces that you forget there's more creative ways to use it. I'm definitely gonna make something inspired off this, nice work my man

Hi and Thank you for the comment and the question , the paint i use at the end is called clear coat, Have a look on the internet there's a few places that sell it on there :) You can buy it in Gloss , semi-gloss and matte. Hope this helps :)

Hi Mary, Thank you so much for the comment and the feedback it's much appreciated :) I don't use foil it's plastic bags, they are large bags so i cut them down , i got a huge amount of them for free off someone that was just going to throw them away in a skip so i had them :) I don't use magazine paper/ newspaper that much as i get better results with the bags over the paper :) also i'm glad you like it :)

Newspaper is sometimes not that good xD If you want I can tell you my Twitter name.. Thank you so much for your kind words Mary I'm glad you like my artwork, Newspaper is not the best, unless the paint is really wet , you can always use glossy magazine paper it's better then newspaper, the bags i got for free are huge, each ones like a wheelie bin bag so i can do a few painting from one bag i can also wash them when i use them and reuse them the paint easily comes off them with warm water :) I haven't got twitter sorry but i do have Instagram :)

Hi Thank you for the question , I don't sell my painting at the moment :( but hopefully in 2020 i'll sort something out and may start selling some of them then :)

Hi Skar, Thank you very much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment, and the question, I really appreciate it :) i used mostly a skinny cap for this one, and also a fat cap for the black part, hope this helps :)
