Big fan of his but he’s past his prime, you could tell he was slow and sloppy in aew where the majority of people are already sloppy, his weaknesses are really going to show in wwe. He should have a few matches including a big match at mania, then have him switch to a commentator/assistant gm role. Would be great to see him take a role similar to Michael Cole a decade ago, maybe not as the main commentator but as the main interviewer and announcer, and could be the middle man between the gm and the roster similar to William regal back in the day on raw

Punk and KO would be an awesome combo or one on each brand

Triple H was on creative and a locker room leader in 2014, Punk still took his ball and went home then. Its ego nothing more, look at the man's track record lol, IWA-MIDSOUTH, TNA, ROH, WWE and AEW. He left all of them on bad terms and blamed everyone and took next to none accountability. I could be wrong but going off his history im probably not! He is riding a high right now returned in Chicago his hometown same as in AEW claimed to be a team player and wanted to put over the younger talent fast forward 2 years and his bosses hurt his feeling and he made a ass out of himself and got fired.. @@randomguysays I don't know the thing with IWA-Midsouth, but I believe he left TNA due to the Rob Feinstein situation where he choose to stick with ROH and everyone else stuck with TNA. Not really a bad blood thing. ROH he seemed to leave on good terms after the first Summer of Punk. In OVW, Heyman loved him. In WWE, the first time he was there he felt he was being screwed over and if the medical stuff is true he could have died. AEW is a circus. Regal supposedly regretted going there immediately and FTR have had their issues with the Bucks as well. Based on what some people said Punk tried to be a leader. I wouldn't be surprised if the reason the AEW stuff wasn't held against him in the end was due to what FTR and Regal told Triple H about AEW and Punk's stay there. I think AEW's lack of structure seriously got to Punk. Anyone who's work in a toxic work environment knows how it can wear you down. TK wasn't a boss and didn't want to delegate responsibility to someone else.

its funny you say that but most of those talents are in their 20s and 30s and they all grew up watching cm punk, im pretty sure they are fans themselves. they are going to want to be tested by the best in the world and go one on one with him, its best for business.
