I think it's a red flag more in a sense of he says sorry when he doesn't need to say sorry like if it's truly not his fault, it's not good for him to say sorry all the time. I believe he's caring but there's a difference between being caring and just saying sorry because you feel people will get angry at you. I hope he's okay because when people say sorry all the time does usually like a underlining carts and he does have anxiety

in my opinion, Matt must be the most insecure of the 3 because they often tell him "ok finish the point", "hurry up and finish what you have to say", "we don't care just get to the point" and very rude stuff like that and ALWAYS interrupt him (or not even listen to him) and it pisses me off sm. I like them all, and matt is not necessarilly my favorite but i feel so bad for him because I know how it feels to be the least listened to in your family. I truly hope that these things don't affect him and that they seem worse on video than they are IRL, because i really like Matt
