I miss THIS simply aviation, raw and pure filming, no fancy editing, no promotions in your face or unnecessary music/voiceover, just airport and airplane ambiance with some texted slapped onto the screen.
They could improve in onboard service, when I flew with them 2 CC were unprofessional for most of the flight and the choice of entertainment was poor and limited. I thought the aircraft was fab and spacious
I traveled with Royal Jordanian on Boeing 787 Dream Liner, Unforgettable trip ,happened to be that very day was "Women`s Day" and all the crew, all of them, ladies including a Jordanian lady Captain, I remember her name was Carol Rabadi or similar to that, and 1st officer also Jordanian lady, it was an amazing smooth flight with flowers offered to all ladies on board.
I traveled to the USA with this royal Jordanian airline Boeing 787, it was a great experience the crew is exceptional. The food and the everything is calm not noisy like other airlines.
And kudos for calling it "real metal cutlery." I always get a small cheap laugh when someone calls it "real silverware." (And yes, I know, it could hardly be a more trivial point.)
RJ is my go to carrier to get back to Amman. I have found it always a decent carrier with good service and a consistent product. AMM airport is remarkable and I only wish we had American carriers flying non stop to her doorstep. I just don’t understand.
The demand has to be their, I'm sure during the spring and summers they will fly on seasonal routes but it come down to demand, no point in spending money on a route with only 50 passengers coming vs 150 going, every seat is revenue.
I'm really glad you experienced the new terminal. The old one was soo outdated, there were cats roaming through the baggage claim bands. And on a side note Jordan is a beautiful place!
Royal Jordanian offers the best option for this route, both there and back. It does what it's designed to be for - be popular amongst Jordanians! Premium price though
I follow your channel regularly and I love your reviews. I'm glad you enjoyed visiting Amman :) I'm from Jordan myself and I flew RJ before, but never experienced crown class. It is an underrated airline, but I find it to be above average. However, the only disadvantage is business class which is a 2-2-2 layout. I would choose a 1-2-1 layout especially for long-haul flights.
@@GracemarieJohnson2763 crown class is business class, like many airlines, they have only economy and business, which in this case is called crown class yeah.
WOW! So let me get it stright - you took a flight from Heathrow to Tel-Aviv and then from Tel-Aviv to Amman just to return to Heathrow? sounds fun and exhausting at the same time =]
Nice video, but could you be first (or amongst the first) to board so we can see the cabin ? Also, could you include a value for money review, as thats the most important bit
Rj is my go to airliner for traveling i dont know why people keep saying that its a bad airliner plus there are sometimes babies but they dont cry at all these headphones for the economy are very comfy too
Great take off vision and sound Felix...loved the wing flex on rotation !! Nothing like roasted and peeled nuts !! A most excellent flight Felix !! I take it there is no chance of a glass of red or white wine on board...a "dry" airline ? Thanks again mate and well done as always !!
Additional beverages anytime i remember drinking wine like there is no tomorrow even carried 😂😂🤦🏿♀️ you finish they come round the plane asking if you wanted more...my journey to Dubai was a memorable one indeed 😂
THANK you for NOT speeding up the takeoff.. THAT is one of my biggest pet peeves about airline flight videos... Too damn many of them speed up the taxi and takeoff which gets a downvote from me...
Very nice video. Keep going! BTw seeing the frame of your video, wondering how and at what level do you hold your camera while walking about in the airport and while panning across the lounge? Do you strap it on your shoulder or do you hold it at shoulder level with your hand, or do you simply strap it to your waist pointing the lens forward while the camera is automatically recording the views ahead? I have this unique question but will appreciate if you could answer, I'm curious.
Is Royal Jordanian flight to HKG a codeshare one with Cathay Pacific? Both CX & RJ are in Oneworld alliance. In Wikipedia, Cathay doesn't have Royal Jordanian in their codeshare.
Although im frequent flyer from Jordan but I never choose to fly with RJ especially in long routes like JFK or Hong. For short regional destinations like GCC or north Africa they use Old Airbus 320 and 321 with no meal service only dry sandwiches
