Authentic Sylheti style Shidol Chutney. #ShidolChutney is a treat to taste bud for #DryFish lovers.
Ingredients:
1. Shidol (Fermented Dry Fish)- 4 pieces
2. 1 chopped onion
3. 1 chopped tomato
4. 8-10 garlic cloves
5. 7-8 chopped green chillies
6. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
7. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
8. 3-4 tablespoon mustard oil
9. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

If not getting sidol dry fish then which dry fish to use instead can bangda dry fish be used

If you don’t get Shidol, you can soak other dry fish in warm water for sometime and then cook. But remember, the authentic taste will come with shidol only.

Thanks for your feedback. This spicy dish needs a higher amount salt to balance the spice. Nevertheless, you may add salt based on your tastebud :)
