What's better than one triquetra? Two triquetras!! And if you point them in opposite directions, and wiggle your arms around, you make a cool six-pointed flower shape thing (technically a triquetra buzzsaw fountain)!

Thank you for this video. This, and the Mercedes video, are definitely motivating me to work on poi again. I also signed up for your advanced course and started going through the videos.

Thought I was watching an older video until you mentioned the pandemic. I love that so many people are reaching towards their talents during these rough times. It’d been years since I’d spun

Duuuuuude you must do some Kundalini Yoga for the sacral chakra, I went for a spin for hours and I was flawless I learned like 6 different flower patterns first time and never stopped spinning before I knew I was lost into the poi like being high on Mandy but this was a differently level. I Could chage arm direction on demand and I was doing 3 petal anti flowers then went to 3petal left to 4 right then 6,8 then switched direction to same direction 2,3,4,6 then split time at what ever spins I wanted and my left just stayed there doing the 3 petal anti. It was magic and I could fell the points and knew how many petals they were as I was counting while focusing on my left arm. I was really feeling them and know my brain can do it as I just did and just hope I kept a bit of muscle memory to get in that zone again as that was awesome and I never done that before with zero effort so I had zero muscle memory yet it was like I had 10 years muscle memory as wasn't really concentrating that hard. I was high man and my mind was free of clutter and Ego to be one with the poi. Im defo defo DEFO practicing after doing Yoga if I can learn moves instantly like that. or at least a few spins. So im going to learn and practise to build the muscle memory from the programme I down loaded tonight and next week I will learn Caps.
