I’m sorry, some people don’t deserve to be rich. Especially when they don’t realize the state the world economy is in. They should save rather than try to squeeze whatever percentage out of their employers. Frenemies was the only stable steady flow of income Trisha had. If they had scaled back on spending and only stuck to 1 wedding spaced out between 3 years, they wouldn’t have been in the stressful predicament of getting more money and burning bridges as they are doing, in my honest opinion.

Yeah they’re all manipulators. It’s basically all problematic people in the beauty community (well the big ones) Jf, Shane, James, and Nik. It’s disgusting that they actually have a platform from so many young people who don’t understand how bad they are.

I agreed with you up until the part of saying Tati was emotionally vulnerable. No one forced her to make the Bye Sister video. If she had real concerns, she could have found other means to address it and stopped associating with James. Luckily for her, she could blame Jeff and Shame for ~manipulating~ her, but she was playing the same game. They wanted to take James down and they had plenty of blackmail to do it. They just didn’t have enough receipts at the time to back up the claims.

Or maybe she was still wrong about how she felt because her explanation still just comes off as homophobia. The entire story was that she assumed the waiter was straight and when James made a comment to her about how hot he is- was that he’s “straight,” so he shouldn’t do it. That’s just homophobia, not an “inkling,” about it being incorrect. If she actually wanted to protect him or correct his behavior(because maybe is was a precursor) she should have told him to stop hitting on people who are working- they have to be nice to everyone and you shouldn’t put people in uncomfortable positions when you’re paying them :-))) so two things can be true at the same time: Tati was wrong and James is a predator. We don’t need to change the story to benefit this white woman who posted multiple videos to ruin people’s lives, not to “save” people or whatever her reason.

The only reason she accused James in the first place was because she was salty that he didn't promote her vitamins. Then when the public was in favor with James she realized that this would be good for her brand and apologized, and now with this James shit going on she decided to flip again because he wasn't good for her brand. That's all it is for her, but if James ever came back and the public was on his favor again (which I highly doubt will happen.) Then I guarantee you she's going to go back to being on good terms with James. This all has to do with her buisness nothing else.

I kind of want Tati to come back tho, I didn’t realised how much I enjoyed her videos until I started rewatching some the other day. Yea not doubt she made so many mistakes, but if people like Jafat, Shone and Jarmes are still not cancelled after all they’ve done, then Tati definitely does not deserve to be cancelled. Like so many beauty gurus made mistakes in the past and managed to come back with no problem. When she launched Halo beauty ,and in her launch video , she explained how hard she worked on this brand. She found experts in that field and worked with them so much and she trully wanted to create something that really worked for everyone so she was very passionate about it, but instead, she got sooo much hate and negativity that she had to adress everything and explain as to why she chose to launch a supplement brand instead of a makeup one. So , she released another video adressing everything and in my opinion she explained everything very well, but still , some people were not happy about it. Thus , it prompted many people to still not trust Tati , and many thought that she was selling some sketchy pills or something. And since then, this has always remained a sensitive topic for her , because she thought that people still believed that she was untrustworthy. Later on , Manny Mua, which was Tati's close friend, actually promoted Halo and Tati was very happy about it ( i also believe that Laura Lee did aswell but im not sure on that) but , Manny and Laura, for some reason, about a week later, chose to promote Sugar bear hair , which was Tati's number 1 competitor , and it caused Tati so much embarassment and she got so much backlash because of it , and many people were saying once again that "oh look her friend just promoted sugar bear hair , which probably means that she is selling a shit product " , people were literally saying that, and at some point i believe Tati actually disabled the comments on several videos because of it, cause people were constantly sending hate messages. And then finally comes James Charles , her closest friend in the community , someone who himself even said that Tati is like a mother and a mentor to him at that time , out of nowhere, promotes her number 1 competitor , Sugar bear hair. So imagine , hearing all these awful allegations about him behind the scenes , adding the betrayal that he did to Tati regarding her competitor, i believe that was the breaking point for her. Yes , i agree that she should not have inculed the vitamins in her bye sister video , but i personally truly do understand as to why she was upset about it. Anyways , sorry for such a long comment , and i apologize for my grammar , english is not my first language.
