Considered a Thruxton top end swap myself as it's one of the only engines I've seen where they used a different head instead of just pistons. Following intently now.

I'm pretty sure the heads are the same. It's just the pistons that are different.

Great video. ! I own the 12 675r and a 17 Bobber and that supercharger will be amazing to see ! That was my dream to supercharge my Bobber. But it’s out of budget ! Love to watch your customizing vids thanks for posting them.

An alternative is to change the pistons and the tune. That's the main difference between the two.

The motors go for around $2500 AU. Complete write-off bikes can go for around 5-6 K.
