Good video Paul. I have a 2012 bonnerville SE. Only had it a few months, removed the AIS. It came with the Arrow 2 into 1 but no baffle. Like you say, way too noisy. Could not get any in Australia. So I made a couple out of aluminum ( I have a lathe) and they work ok but I would like to see a photo of your one. The two I made are 160mm long, the first has 15 6mm holes the second 18mm holes, and there is a difference. I find the 18 better. I've just ordered the progressive fork springs from TEC Bike Parts, UK. And like you will be removing the two OS. My other bike is a Suzuki Bandit 1250 which Ive had for 9 years and will keep. My first Triumph I bought in 1959 a T110. (650) and rode it all over North Wales where I lived at the time. So, its good to be back on a Triumph again!! Take care. keep riding.
