First ride on my 1996 Triumph Daytona 900 after light restoration the last time i rode one of these was in 1998 when i brought a new one when they were selling off the old models with a good discount
Got one of these, personally I love the riding position, suits me and I’ve used the old girl to tour, commute and hack around on a sunny weekend. Fabulous engine, heavy old thing but it brakes and handles well if you put a bit of work in. Just wonderful and my favourite ride by a mile.
Is a great looking bike for it's age, you done a great job too, looks like new. Same era as the Ford Escort Cosworth, I remember those in the showrooms the same year, used to look at them as I drove past in my old (even at the time) orange Escort XR3i A86 LPW 👍
