Bro how is the Engine Refinement after using Liqui Moly Engine Oil?

The service people say that if we put anything other than the hp prolube in our bike be it engine oil or coolant, it can tamper with the warranty. In the owner's manual it is written to put engine oil of the recommended grade which contradicts their statement. But it is clearly written that you should not put any other coolant than hp prolube. Idk how I feel about triumph after this. There are already cases in the service centre of engines opening after 20000 kms ofc that's because of 16000 kms service interval and God knows what good is hp prolube engine oil, even liqui moly can't claim this range in Indian environment.
