Looks like you're going to have to dig deep into the kitty to sort all that out Tony. That r/h bonnet hinge looks to have been distorted, that will throw out the fit on the opposite rear corner too. It's a common problem on those front hinged Triumph bonnets, usually through rusted, seized hinge pins bending the joint. I've also seen, and repaired similar distortion when a strong wind has twisted an open bonnet. The double skinned front top panel is a notorious rust area, that needs better drainage to avoid moisture traps. Old tech paints, especially red pigments, suffer badly from sunlight discolouration, micro blistering and uneven fading. The only safe option is to take it all back to bare metal, removing the possibility of a later reaction from any of the old refinishing materials. Old contanination, dust and moisture between paint coats, can erupt again months after a respray, due to solvents reacting on the old paint surfaces.
